T Makgatho

I am an Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, a member of the North West Bar. I hold an LLM in Labour Law and an LLB from the University of North West. I began my legal career as a Candidate Attorney at Tshepo Masilela Attorneys from January 2021 to December 2021, where I gained foundational experience in legal practice. I subsequently completed my pupillage at the North West Bar from January to December 2023.

Since September 2023, I have been practising as an Advocate at the North West Bar Association. My areas of practice include civil matters such as unlawful arrest, medical negligence, appeals and reviews, and malicious prosecutions. I also practise in criminal law and labour law. With strong skills in litigation and drafting legal documents, I am committed to delivering effective representation across these fields.
